This service receives access to Dr. Chacon and our dermatology practice with direct one-on-one communication receives responses to questions within 24 hours and includes prior authorization services, refills upon request, lab orders and review, direct communication with pharmacies when necessary as well as a monthly check-in appointment virtually. In addition, Dr. Chacon can help to coordinate your care and facilitate communication with other physicians, and facilities, making referrals as appropriate, and analyze prior clinical records for input.

Furthermore, Dr. Chacon will make a house call 4 times a year, every 3 months which will last 1 hour for each visit.
